• Design and implement modular, versioned semantic models and transformation pipelines that serve as reusable building blocks. • Translate complex business definitions into scalable, interpretable, and trustworthy data entities used across analytics, AI/ML, APIs, and operational workflows. • Implement business rules, calculations, and aggregations in the semantic layer. • Build modular, testable, and versioned transformation pipelines with a strong focus on readability, maintainability, and long-term scalability. • Establish data governance principles to ensure consistency and metrics definitions are standardized and compliant. • Define and implement robust data modeling solutions, ensuring data quality, consistency, and interoperability across the organization. • Partner closely with the data products team to understand business requirements and ensure semantic models align with their needs. • Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and incident resolution—promoting high standards for code quality and operational reliability.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience as a software engineer, ideally in high-volume or distributed systems environments.
- A systems thinking mindset—you consider data as a platform, not a pipeline.
- Solid understanding of data quality practices—including validation, enrichment, schema enforcement, and business rule encoding.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or another backend language for data services.
- Solid grasp of engineering fundamentals, including version control, modular design, testing, and performance tuning.
- Proven experience with at least one modern cloud data platform (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks).
- Experience building highly available, scalable, and secure data platforms that support diverse processing paradigms (e.g., streaming, batch, warehousing, data lakes) is a strong plus.
- A collaborative mindset—comfortable working across domains, products, and infrastructure layers.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability—you care deeply about building systems that last.
Benefits
- Comprehensive and market competitive benefits
- Designed to support personal and professional well-being

• Own a product outcome — define the hypothesis, design and build the experiment, ship it, read the results, propose what's next • Use the tools available to you to close gaps in your skillset across product, design, engineering, and data. • Work within shared infrastructure: design systems, codebase guardrails, experiment architecture. These are built so you can run without rebuilding foundations • Pull in specialist support across design, engineering, and data when you need a deeper review, not as a default dependency • Work across surfaces — our Professional Networks (HR, Healthcare, Marketing, Ecomm, Fintech) and our B2B Partner Platform — and bring the same outcome focused approach to both • Contribute to the shared context and guardrails that make the whole team faster, not just your own work • Be a part of a team that thrives on collaboration and celebrates autonomy in the building process

• Form a hypothesis tied to a product metric and a real business goal you can articulate • Do enough product and design thinking to define a testable experiment — you have access to our design system and specialist support when you need it • Build and ship the feature or test within our experiment architecture, leveraging our stack to close the gap between what you can execute and what the experiment needs • QA your own work before it ships • Read your results, share clear takeaways, and propose what's next • Work across surfaces — our Professional Networks (HR, Healthcare, Marketing, Ecomm, Fintech) and our B2B Partner Platform — and bring the same outcome focused approach to both • Contribute to the shared context and guardrails that make the whole team faster, not just your own work • Be a part of a team that thrives on collaboration and celebrates autonomy in the building process
• Develop and enhance TYPO3 projects as a fullstack solution (Extbase/Fluid & frontend components). • Design custom extensions and integrate external interfaces (APIs, import/export). • Implement modern, accessible, and responsive user interfaces based on technical specifications and designs. • Maintain and optimize existing systems, including refactoring, performance tuning, and debugging across the entire stack. • Take responsibility for deployment processes. • Ensure code quality through tests (PHPUnit, Cypress), code reviews, and documentation. • Technically design new features in close collaboration with the team.
