Area Sales Manager – Agricultural Tires
Michelin
• Independently and responsibly manage all sales activities with end customers and dealers for agricultural tires. • Foster partnership-based, long-term relationships with customers; no cold calling. • Take responsibility for achieving and exceeding margin and sales targets in the agricultural tire segment. • Provide customers with comprehensive commercial and technical advice and conduct negotiation meetings. • Identify opportunities and customer needs to promote sustainable mobility.
Job Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training or degree.
- Experience in and enthusiasm for the agricultural sector.
- Affinity for technical products and systems.
- Enjoy working with customers and strong listening skills to identify customer needs.
- High service orientation, confident demeanor, and professional manners.
- Independent working style, good organizational skills, and perseverance.
- Proficient with MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and other digital tools (Salesforce).
- Primary residence ideally between Wolfsburg, Schwerin and Hamburg.
- Mobility and willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
- Communication in German (C2) and English (at least B1).
