Media Operations Manager
WildBrain
• Lead paid media campaigns on digital platforms to drive growth, awareness and conversions for owned and client campaigns • Work with the Digital Marketing Director to analyze, develop and implement bespoke media strategies that amplify our owned messaging across social, YouTube, search, network and emerging platforms to adult fans, parents, and children • Advise on ad creative best-practices to drive campaign success • Ensure creatives comply with industry standards, platform guidelines, and legal requirements • Manage media budgets to maximize return and track spend and payments • Ensure all material and activity is of appropriate quality and complies with relevant guidelines and procedures • Ensure the correct functioning of escalation and issue management procedures • Ensure campaigns are managed in-line with the agreed strategy and in the brand’s tone of voice, and the agreed strategy is translated into creative briefs • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, sales development and client success account, to ensure the successful setup, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across WildBrain’s YouTube Reserve network, FAST Network, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve client KPIs • Address technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and reporting, working closely with YouTube/Google Technical support, to resolve issues promptly • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, revenue tracking, and ad operations metrics, providing valuable insights to internal stakeholders • Collaborate with Sales Development team to create media plans and define targeting strategies that answer to client briefs • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising, sharing insights with internal teams • Contribute to best practices documentation for ad delivery and targeting.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of creating and executing digital campaigns across a variety of platforms and tools (e.g. Google Ads (YouTube, Search, Display), META Ads Manager, TikTok, Spotify, Pinterest, Roku, Samsung etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present strategies and ideas to a variety of audiences
- Collaborative spirit, working seamlessly with internal teams and external partners
- Working to tight deadlines and managing key stakeholder relationships - an organized and proactive person
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and strategic skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and recognize the story it tells
- An excellent knowledge of the digital landscape and experience of online video and social media platforms
- A passion for TV, innovative digital brands, and Children’s brands and content
- You will keep up to date with current industry trends
- Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Advertising fields, or equivalent work experience
- Experience or knowledge of advertising to children is an advantage.

• Analyse payment transactions and identify unusual or suspicious patterns or behaviours. • Detect and investigate potential fraud cases and escalate findings as necessary. • Ensure steady uptime of third-party service providers. • Take proactive steps to prevent fraudulent activities. • Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations and PayZeep's operational policies. • Develop and execute process, standards, guidelines and service level agreements for partnering organizations. • Attend to customer and merchant disputes and ensure prompt resolution. • Liaise with banks and aggregators on settlement discrepancies. • Investigate and analyze customer disputes related to financial transactions, including but not limited to payments, chargebacks, and fraud cases. • Collaborate with customer support, operations, and compliance teams to gather relevant information and evidence to assess the validity of disputes. • Prepare reports on suspicious transactions and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely action and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Participate in quality assurance efforts to test new POS and payment software releases.
