Finance Officer

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and entities. • Assist with cash flow administration through accurate and timely processing of receipts and payments. • Review, code, and process supplier invoices in line with internal approval policies. • Prepare and process batch payments in accordance with payment cycles and internal control requirements. • Maintain accurate AP records, including supplier reconciliations and statement reviews. • Support AR processing, including invoicing, receipting, allocations, and following up outstanding balances. • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. • Process journals, accruals, and finance adjustments as required. • Support month‑end activities including reconciliations and preparation of schedules. • Assist with audit and compliance requirements by ensuring finance records are complete and accurate. • Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers regarding invoice, payment, and account queries. • Perform other position‑appropriate duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3-4+ years’ experience in a Finance Officer, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or similar transactional finance role.
- Experience with bank reconciliations, AP/AR processing, and payment workflows.
- Exposure to hospitality, gaming, retail, or multi-site environments is advantageous.
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to manage deadlines and perform well in a high‑volume environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency and experience using finance systems.

• Prepare financial statements • Review financial statements • Manage a team and deadline in a production-driven environment • Train the team to ensure quality services to clients • Define the timeline of financial statements onshore • Resolve queries raised by Onshore, Clients, Auditors, and Director
• Develop/maintain strategies and create accurate records of DuaPa Group and subsidiaries. • Prepare monthly reporting package, including comparative reports of GAAP (IFRS) operating results and financial position and variance explanations with consolidations and foreign currencies. • Handle very sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Maintain schedules and books of IFRS GAAP conversion adjustments. • Create monthly, quarterly and annual company reporting and forecasting packages. • Prepare or review annual audit work papers both internally and externally for the outside auditors, as needed. • Prepare payroll and pay appropriate entities. • Review bank reconciliations, loan schedules, management fees, etc. • Prepare/review the local, business, personal, property tax, international (if needed) and other government forms. • Review inter-company billings to the parent company, including the follow up of payment and invoices. • Work with senior leadership on budgets and finance aspects of grant management. • Special projects as required.
