Job Description

Finance Officer

Twoconnect

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and entities. • Assist with cash flow administration through accurate and timely processing of receipts and payments. • Review, code, and process supplier invoices in line with internal approval policies. • Prepare and process batch payments in accordance with payment cycles and internal control requirements. • Maintain accurate AP records, including supplier reconciliations and statement reviews. • Support AR processing, including invoicing, receipting, allocations, and following up outstanding balances. • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. • Process journals, accruals, and finance adjustments as required. • Support month‑end activities including reconciliations and preparation of schedules. • Assist with audit and compliance requirements by ensuring finance records are complete and accurate. • Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers regarding invoice, payment, and account queries. • Perform other position‑appropriate duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 3-4+ years’ experience in a Finance Officer, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or similar transactional finance role.
  • Experience with bank reconciliations, AP/AR processing, and payment workflows.
  • Exposure to hospitality, gaming, retail, or multi-site environments is advantageous.
  • High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and perform well in a high‑volume environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency and experience using finance systems.
