Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist (Family Law) Join our growing team as a Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist, supporting a premier South Florida family law firm. You will serve as the first point of contact, converting potential leads into clients through empathetic sales-driven communication and administrative excellence. Key Responsibilities - Conduct initial legal intakes and greet guests, clients, and potential leads with a customer-service focus. - Execute sales-oriented follow-ups and email contracts for legal representation to potential clients. - Prepare, file, and manage legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings. - Manage complex calendaring for meetings, hearings, depositions, mediations, and consultations. - Provide administrative support, including invoicing, docketing court deadlines, and sending firm newsletters. Candidate Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role supporting U.S.-based clients. - Fluent in English and Spanish with a strong background in sales or lead conversion. - Proven experience working specifically with U.S.-based family law firms. - Expertise in legal calendaring, docketing, and managing court deadlines.
