• Lead Strategic Sourcing Execution: Independently manage the end-to-end sourcing process—including market research, competitive bidding, and contract negotiation—to deliver measurable cost savings and operational efficiency. • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Act as the primary procurement partner for Finance and Legal teams to ensure all sourcing activities align with global category strategies and specific department deadlines. • Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor supplier performance against Key Performance Indicators and ensure all activities comply with global risk frameworks and corporate standards, including Supplier Diversity goals.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of progressive procurement experience in a large corporate environment, specifically managing complex service contracts.
- Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing lifecycles and technical proficiency in Electronic Sourcing tools such as Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) Ariba or Coupa.
- Proven ability in spend analysis and stakeholder management, with the capacity to interpret financial data to build compelling business cases.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance; a professional certification such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) is highly encouraged.
