• Lead requirement-gathering workshops to capture global and local business needs for Veeva Network. • Define and own all functional requirements for the platform’s implementation. • Collaborate with Veeva and integration teams on data models, hierarchies, affiliations, and workflows. • Design governance frameworks for data quality, ownership, and lifecycle management. • Ensure alignment of global CMDM strategy with animal health pharma business processes. • Provide commercial data insights to enhance solution design and data-driven decision-making. • Lead UAT planning and execution in partnership with business testers and IT. • Support roadmap planning, change impact analysis, and go-live readiness.
Job Requirements
- 7–10+ years as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in life sciences, preferably animal health pharma.
- Proven experience implementing Veeva Network or similar CMDM platforms.
- Strong expertise in customer data, master data, and commercial data management.
- In-depth knowledge of data governance, integration, and compliance (GDPR, transparency).
- Ability to influence stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Understanding of Animal Health Commercial Processes and different engagement models.
- Familiarity with market-specific data sources.
- Experience with Customer Data Management across CRM, SAP and Customer Engagement Platforms.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience in Agile environments and working with distributed/global teams.
