Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

• Key member of the engineering team • Jointly responsible for the development and operation of our platform (oskar.de) • Part of a small, agile team collaborating with all areas of the company • Contribute to the platform's development together with the team • Assume operational responsibility and provide 2nd-level support • Monitor observability/monitoring systems and perform incident/error analysis to optimize the platform
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science (e.g., business or media informatics) or equivalent education/experience
- Several years of experience in operating cloud-based software applications (preferably GCP or AWS)
- Strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular and Dart/Flutter, and backend technologies including .NET, REST, C#
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Interest in and enthusiasm for the stock market and financial topics
- Practical experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban, and familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Analytical mindset, with strategic and process-oriented thinking and acting
- Self-initiative, strong communication skills, and openness to constructive feedback
