• Design building shells including steel structures, pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), and containerized integration, balancing industrial efficiency with high-performance thermal and waterproofing details • Create site plans that optimize for logistics, security, and future expansion, determining how standard modules fit diverse geographies while managing setbacks, access roads, and utility entry points • Maintain architectural Revit models, create custom families, manage central files, and ensure perfect coordination with Mechanical and Electrical linked models • Execute detailed occupant load calculations and egress modeling per IBC Chapter 10 and NFPA 101, defining travel distances, exit widths, and dead-end corridors for complex industrial environments • Specify fire-rated assemblies (walls, floors, penetrations) to ensure proper fire separation distances and compartmentation • Guarantee full compliance with ADA and ANSI A117.1 for accessible routes and workspaces across all facilities • Lead permit submission process • Manage permit packages to local building departments, serving as primary point of contact for Plan • Check comments and code interpretation resolution • Proactively engage with Authorities Having Jurisdiction, Fire Marshals, and Planning Departments to clarify code applicability for novel modular structures • Produce zoning analyses, site feasibility studies, and conceptual packages for planning commission reviews to support the real estate team • Produce high-quality 3D renderings, photorealistic perspectives, and architectural walkthroughs for internal stakeholders, investors, and planning boards • Generate complete architectural drawing sets, life safety plans, code analysis sheets, and AHJ plan check responses

• Onboarding execution and definition of customer success plan • Partners with direct sales staff in the expansion of sales within existing and/or new accounts via the new adoption or expanded use of Falcon Flex, while building relationships with key decision makers. • Post-sale primary customer point of contact for onboarding, activation, Flex usage/consumption, and business value realization. • Navigates an increasingly complex and sizable, enterprise sales environment to understand customer needs and promote/develop competitive business propositions for the company's product portfolio. • Achieves renewals via demonstrated realized value and Flex consumption progress. • Conduct business value analyses to demonstrate ROI and financial impact. • Develop and deliver Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs) featuring value realized analyses, accelerating module adoption, and driving Falcon Flex growth. • Shares adoption insights and value realization proof-points with allied sales teams to enable cross-sell/upsell. • Proactively identify and remediate risks to customer success and value realization • Support renewal cycles to minimize customer attrition • Drive strategic Flex adoption and planning across enterprise accounts • Partner with customers to develop and execute adoption roadmaps aligned with their Security objectives monitor and analyze Flex usage patterns to identify risks and opportunities • Gain and maintain expert-level knowledge of the company’s products and services, with advanced knowledge in the presentation of the Falcon Flex model. • Routinely sell-to and interact with executive-level customer decision makers, to include CXO levels. • Ability to travel as needed to customer and/or internal meetings/events.

• Be part of a team responsible for enabling the technology solutions that meet our business strategy and drive business value. • Define and collaborate on the creation of roadmaps, architectures, standards, best practice documents and starter code reference implementations that will accelerate delivery for our technology teams to execute on the future direction of CVS Health with a focus on application modernization. • Define future state reference architecture related to the application modernization across the enterprise. • Collaborate and consult with technology and business partners on modernization initiatives. • Spearhead the definition and collaborate on the creation of architecture patterns for the enterprise that promote reuse, reduces cost, manages risk, and increases speed to market. • Possess a mastery in effectively building and maintaining strong relationships with technology and business partners. • Ensure all Non-Functional Requirements (e.g. performance, availability and fail-over, scalability, security, etc.) are properly articulated, and work with all parties to guarantee that the software products that are delivered meet these objectives. • Mentor and coach more junior architects in the organization. • Strategize and outline long-term architectural plans for a complex technology environment.
