Summary: The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and MarketFully, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client goals. This role establishes clear objectives, manages timelines and competing priorities, proactively identifies and mitigates risks, and facilitates effective communication across stakeholders. The Project Manager motivates internal teams, resolves conflicts, and maintains strong client relationships while continuously documenting processes and driving improvements. Essential Job Functions: - Understands client goals & requirements and communicates them effectively. - Establishes & communicates clear & achievable objectives for each project - Establishes due dates & manages the project schedule/timeline - Balances competing demands quality, scope, time & cost of each project. - Proactively identify issues & risks, escalating them where appropriate - Manage all information exchanged between client & MotionPoint - Motivates the MotionPoint team to achieve project objectives. - Resolves conflict quickly to keep project team functioning at a high level. - Organizes and facilitates all project meetings with clients. - Proactively documents project processes & changes along with lessons learned. - Manages ongoing client relationships Required Education & Experience: - 5+ years of related experience in a corporate PMO, project management, or product management positions. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field - Experience as an account manager with large client interactions managing all aspects, not just IT. - Strong technical expertise in HTML, CSS, JS/JSON, Charles - Strong understanding of website technologies, including CMS systems, APIs, SSO, URL Structures, site architecture, and integrations - Experience working across multiple teams both within the department and across the company - Comfortable working multiple projects simultaneously - Detail-oriented and very analytical - Excellent organizational and prioritization skills - Effective negotiation, interpersonal and partnering skills Why Join Our Team: Diverse, Inclusive, and Energetic team atmosphere. Summary Under the general direction of and reporting to the Market Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated DC power and critical infrastructure projects to ensure that project goals are accomplished on schedule and within budget. While Account Managers handle the "Why" and the "Who" (client strategy and relationship), the PM owns the "How" and the "When."
