Our Global Entity and Partner Infrastructure team is looking for a Global Entity Infrastructure Associate who will play a central role in managing this foundation. What you’ll do: - Manage daily operations and corporate maintenance activities of WorkMotion’s global entities, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across multiple jurisdictions. - Track and drive corporate compliance obligations, including license renewals, UBO reporting, KYC filings, corporate governance tasks, etc., while working with external and internal stakeholders. - Help execute WorkMotion’s international expansion strategy by helping to manage the set-up of entities and the operating infrastructure for WorkMotion across the globe to employ compliantly worldwide. - Source, select, and manage external partners and providers that are part of our local EOR infrastructure. - Support with project management of various expansion or improvement initiatives related to our global infrastructure, as well as special company and strategic projects. - Collaborate with WorkMotion’s internal Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, and Legal teams, and serve as a point of contact for entity-related queries. - Maintain and update documents, records, and data to ensure accuracy and audit-readiness. - Support audits, regulatory inspections, and internal reviews by preparing necessary documentation. - Identify and solve problems, inefficiencies, or gaps in our entity management systems and internal processes.

• Drive the expansion of IT infrastructure – on-prem and in the cloud (AWS & Azure) • Support day-to-day operations and collaborate with colleagues and customers • Continuously document and optimize existing systems and processes

This is a remote position. We’re supporting a Financial Services client looking to bring on an experienced AWS Operations / Infrastructure Consultant to support an enterprise-scale contact center environment. This is a net-new role focused on day-to-day AWS operational support, with exposure to contact center / telephony systems (including Amazon Connect). Employment Type: 6-month contract (extension possible) Work Schedule: Able to work Eastern Time business hours Location: Remote - MUST be physically located in the US (Visa sponsorship is not available) What You'll Do: - Manage AWS IAM (users, roles, policies) and access control frameworks. - Handle permissions, governance, and account-level configurations. - Support ongoing AWS operational requests across a multi-account environment. - Maintain and optimize AWS infrastructure in a production environment. - Collaborate with internal teams supporting enterprise contact center infrastructure. - Contribute to stability, security, and operational efficiency of AWS environments. Requirements - Strong hands-on experience in AWS operations / infrastructure (non-development). - Deep understanding of: IAM (identity and access management), access control and governance, and account-level AWS administration. - Experience supporting live production AWS environments. - Exposure to contact center / telephony systems. - Experience with Amazon Connect. - Ability to work cross-functionally with infrastructure and operations teams. - Experience in Financial Services environments. - Familiarity with enterprise contact center platforms (e.g., NICE, Genesys, etc.). - Prior experience in highly regulated environments. ------------------------ At Talencore, we stand against racism and discriminatory practices.
