Job Requirements

  • What You’ll Do
  • You will own level and content creation at scale, ensuring strong gameplay pacing and player engagement.
  • Design and build levels for casual and hybrid casual games
  • Maintain consistent difficulty curves and progression pacing
  • Craft engaging levels, balancing creative vision with consistent execution
  • Use AI-assisted tools to generate, iterate, and refine levels rapidly
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to build and evolve content production tools and workflows
  • Remove dependency on traditional tool development cycles by shaping faster, more flexible workflows
  • Work closely with product and design to align content with retention and LiveOps goals
  • Continuously improve level performance based on player data and A/B testing
  • Support LiveOps events with new content, variations, and rapid iteration
  • What You Bring
  • You’ve worked on level-based mobile games (casual or hybrid casual)
  • Strong understanding of difficulty curves, pacing, and player progression
  • Experience producing a high volume of levels or content
  • You are comfortable using tools (including AI tools) to increase output
  • You’re proactive in improving workflows — you don’t wait for tools, you help shape them
  • You’re comfortable collaborating with engineers to improve content pipelines
