• Supporting the sales team in pre-sales calls by providing technical expertise, answering prospect questions, and addressing technical concerns • Preparing and delivering tailored product demos based on customer requirements and specific use cases • Conducting technical support calls and providing L1 technical support to customers • Running customer onboarding sessions to ensure smooth adoption of our products • Preparing technical documentation, integration guides, and product briefs for the sales team • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, proactively engaging to ensure their success • Collecting customer feedback and translating it into actionable insights • Creating and maintaining a knowledge base – playbooks, ready-made solutions, FAQs, and best practices • Writing workarounds, simpler implementations, and integration examples for customers • Continuously deepening your technical knowledge of our products and the broader ecosystem.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar)
- Strong communication, storytelling, and active listening skills
- Solid practical knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and web technologies (required)
- Good understanding of how web applications work (front-end, back-end, REST APIs, integrations)
- Hands-on experience with API testing and debugging tools (e.g. Postman, browser DevTools)
- Practical experience with AI-powered tools and LLM-based solutions
- Practical understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment environments (Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proven ability to deliver technical presentations and product demos to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
- Good English communication skills (C1+).

About the Role We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Solutions Consultant to join our Client Services team. Reporting to the Strategy Manager, this role will be responsible for delivering technical onboarding, solution design, and ongoing implementation support for some of Xtremepush’s most complex and strategic clients.
