Role Overview The UI/UX Designer creates intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that balance usability, aesthetics, and business goals. This role spans the full design lifecycle—from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping—across web platforms, SaaS products, mobile applications, and marketing experiences. You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate user needs into clear, effective interfaces. • The Project Development Engineer (PDE) serves as a technical resource for the Data Center Solutions team, supporting pre-sale project scoping, system design, and technical proposal development for mission-critical electrical infrastructure. • The PDE provides engineering and application expertise to align proposed designs with customer intent, applicable codes, and operational requirements. • This role focuses on data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure — including medium-voltage switchgear, low-voltage distribution, UPS, battery systems, generators, and mechanical integration — ensuring robust, scalable, and cost-effective solutions. • The PDE remains involved post-award as a system-level engineering support resource to the project management and implementation teams. • Develop technical scopes, budgets, and conceptual designs during pre-sales development. • Collaborate with Sales, Product Engineering, Construction Engineer or Outside Engineer of Record, Manufacturing, and Estimating to ensure project alignment. • Prepare technical narratives, equipment selections, and basis-of-design documentation. • Support customer and consultant engagement, including design review meetings and technical presentations. • Review specifications, vendor submittals, and drawings for compliance. • Provide post-sale technical support to Project Managers and field teams.

• Coach partners during build phase, provide examples of artifacts and articulate their importance to the application. • Provide technical expertise and architectural guidance during critical project milestones. • Communicate personal and project status to OneStream Alliances, Sales, and Customer Success. • Work with Customers, Partners and internal personnel on Service NOW Cases concerning Application Design. • Conduct Application Health Check and Reviews to monitor application performance. • Assist Product Teams on sourcing, developing and testing new Product Features and Functionality. • Actively Participate on Partner's OneCommunity Forum by reviewing posts and submitting responses. • Facilitate the sharing of project templates to ensure Partner's Project Readiness. • Study and apply oneself to become a Subject Matter Expert in areas required.

• On board new partners, setting expectations and providing partner journey with OneStream. • Assist partners with requirements gathering preparation. • Ensure partners are prepared for design sessions with customer by analyzing requirements. • Lead partner on design to transfer design knowledge to partner’s staff. • Coach partners during build phase, providing example artifacts and articulating their importance to the application. • Provide technical expertise and architectural guidance during critical project milestones. • Identify project risks and communicate to partners, team members, management and other internal stakeholders. • Coach junior staff in producing project artifacts and completing ServiceNow cases.
