Role Description The Timekeeping – Operations Analyst is responsible for conducting research and subsequent analysis for business/operational efficiency, clinical improvement, patient safety, patient experience and/or projects. - Extract, report, and analyze large data sets from multiple data sources and systems. - Responsible for data integrity, accurate formatting, merging, and representation of the data. - Build and design department or operational analysis through reports, dashboards, metrics and/or other analytics. - Conduct research and translate data into key insights and recommendations for strategic decision making. - Maintain departmental/operational analysis to assess performance or efficiency, analytics planning dashboards and/or reports. - Provide consultative support regarding data and work with leadership and/or clients in the development of metrics and reports. - Prepare high-quality reports and presentation materials for the department, clients, leadership and/or Executive audiences regarding data outcomes and formulated recommendations. - Provide project management support by acquiring data/information requirements to produce analytics and/or reports that meet requested client and/or departmental needs. - Facilitate process improvement by optimizing data collection and data capture to produce efficient outcomes. - Provide project management and/or implementation services for departmental/special projects. *Approved Remote States: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, Texas* Qualifications - Strong analytical skills. - Experience with data extraction and reporting. - Ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Project management experience. - Excellent communication skills.
