Job Type: Part-time 1st month / Full time after Location: Remote (EST time zone) Job Summary We are hiring a Senior GoHighLevel Automations & AI Specialist for a remote marketing automation role focused on building, optimizing, and scaling workflows across multiple client accounts. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will design and implement advanced automation systems, integrate AI-driven processes, and ensure seamless execution of marketing operations. The role begins part-time with a clear pathway to full-time based on performance, reliability, and quality of output. Key Responsibilities - Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel automations and workflows - Implement AI-driven automation systems to improve marketing and operational efficiency - Test all automations rigorously to ensure accuracy, performance, and zero errors before deployment - Create and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow documentation - Collaborate with internal teams and communicate directly with clients when required - Maintain consistent responsiveness and clear communication across all projects - Continuously improve systems for scalability, efficiency, and performance

Job Requirements

  • Must-Have:
  • Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (strict requirement)
  • High attention to detail with a strong quality control mindset
  • Experience documenting workflows and building SOPs
  • Ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience working in a marketing agency environment
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat)
  • Understanding of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads)
  • Spanish language skills
