• Develop and champion the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Deposits product domain. • Take a data-driven approach to evolving the product strategy, building robust business cases for compelling opportunities. • Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. • Lead the product development lifecycle end to end (from concept to launch) for complex deposit and ledger related initiatives, ensuring adherence to the roadmap. • Develop deep understanding of customer functional requirements and provide clear specifications (PRDs) and acceptance criteria. • Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure solutions are built flexibly, scalably, and securely. • Define and analyse metrics to measure the success and adoption of features and enhancements. • Partner with Sales Enablement and Product Marketing to define value propositions, positioning, and messaging. • Provide input into pricing and packaging strategies, ensuring alignment with value delivered. • Engage directly with clients and customer-facing teams to support the customer lifecycle with Mambu.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product management roles, ideally with Bank or Fintech experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience working with Deposit products
- Experience operating within an API-driven architecture environment and building SaaS services on major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven prioritization decisions.
- Blend knowledge of retail and corporate banking markets with systems implementation and change management skills
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products from conception to delivery.
