Job Description

International Remarketing & Wholesale Manager

2trde

• Strategic and operational responsibility for the international sale of used vehicles in the wholesale and package business • Build, maintain, and scale international dealer networks – focusing on large buyers, remarketing partners, and trading platforms • Manage and optimize package sales processes (pricing, offer structure, marketing strategy, and transaction execution) • Collaborate closely with international sellers, fleet operators, and OEMs to design sales programs and increase market share • Develop and implement data-driven sales and pricing strategies • Build (mid-term) and coach a small international sales team • Monitor and report KPIs (sales volume, margin, turnaround times, country performance) to management and stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in international B2B automotive sales, fleet remarketing, or wholesale trade
  • Proven success in package or bulk used vehicle sales
  • Deep understanding of the European used car market and its pricing structures
  • Experience in building and managing international dealer networks
  • Confident use of CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on attitude
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional European languages are a plus
  • Existing contacts with international dealers, importers, or trading platforms are a clear advantage
