Operations Lead
Rundoo
• Process and reconcile client payouts through our payments platform on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence depending on account terms. • Maintain accurate payout records and proactively flag and resolve disbursement discrepancies. • Coordinate with the CX team to ensure clients receive timely and accurate payout confirmations. • Pull and prepare ad hoc financial reports for clients (e.g., barcode payment reports, tax breakdowns). • Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery on all client-facing financial exports. • Assist with payroll preparation, verification, and timely processing. • Maintain financial documentation to support audits and regulatory compliance. • Liaise with external accountants, payroll providers, and tax professionals as needed. • Manage AP/AR records, process invoices, and follow up on outstanding balances. • Insert and manage store staff accounts, permissions, and access levels across client stores. • Ensure store configurations are accurate and aligned with each client's operational requirements. • Enter, schedule, and manage client promotions within the platform on a recurring basis. • Track active and inactive promotions to ensure seamless transitions between billing cycles. • Confirm promotion completion to clients and internal stakeholders. • Fulfill ad hoc data requests from clients, including sales reports, inventory snapshots, and store performance summaries. • Handle client inquiries related to inventory levels, stock discrepancies, and reconciliation. • Serve as the operational point of contact for store-level issues, escalating and coordinating resolution with internal teams. • Monitor and manage internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation of urgent matters. • Assist with recruiting operations, including candidate data extraction, scoring, and spreadsheet management. • Maintain organized operational documentation across tools (Notion, GDrive, etc.).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Based in Metro Manila or nearby provinces (Laguna, Rizal, Cavite, or Bulacan).
- Must be registered with the BIR as an independent contractor.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy - comfortable owning recurring tasks where precision matters (payouts, data requests, store configurations).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing responsibilities without dropping the ball.
- Clear, professional communicator - able to coordinate with clients and internal teams with confidence.
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficient in Google Suite and comfortable picking up new tools quickly.
- Able to work confidently with data - pulling, organizing, and presenting information clearly.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and operations workflows is a plus.
- Experience with finance or accounting processes (AP/AR, payroll, expense management) is an advantage.
