Job Description

Clinical Therapist

Preventive Measures, Inc.

• Conduct clinical assessments and create person-centered treatment plans • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy for clients who present with various concerns such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma and adjustment disorders • Continually assess client situations and provide the proper ongoing treatments • Prepare discharge summaries • All other clinical tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required) in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Master’s degree (preferred) in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) (required)
  • Must be familiar or willing to be trained on EMR systems
  • Two years minimum of direct-care clinical services with individuals with mental health diagnoses
  • Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English is a plus but is not required.

Role Description Rivia Mind Psychotherapists provide clinical social work services and psychotherapy to patients through a primarily telehealth environment. Our practice leverages clinical experience and a diverse knowledge base to provide quality care and reliable service.
