Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain web applications and integrations with Zoho CRM. - Customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting. - Implement and manage cold email blasting campaigns to support lead generation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM processes and improve user experience. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM and web applications. - Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security within CRM systems. - Provide technical support and training to team members on Zoho CRM functionalities.
