• Provide substantive, timely feedback to students on various assessment activities • Maintain a positive, safe, inclusive student-centric learning environment • Complete required tasks on deadlines (e.g., final grades, assessment, grading rubrics, input for grade appeals, etc.) • Maintain appropriate professional training and/or scholarly activities, when applicable • Provide feedback to the course lead regarding the course content • Identify at-risk students and collaborate with student services

• Provide assistance to attorneys in fact investigation, legal research, document preparation and production, database management, docketing/case management, and overall client service • Focus on New England asbestos practice and functions specific to litigation practice • Independently organize and manage files or delegate similar tasks to Paralegal Assistants or Information Governance and supervise same • Attend and participate in in-house CLEs

• provide assistance to attorneys in fact investigation, legal research, document preparation and production, database management, docketing/case management, and overall client service • focus on New York asbestos practice and functions specific to litigation practice may include discovery, deposition preparation, investigation, trial and mediation preparation, analysis of factual information, assistance in preparation of pleadings, motions and/or briefs, management of document production databases and case management databases, scheduling and calendaring and working on and trial participation • preparation of fact and expert witness lists in all jurisdictions.

Teach studio art courses, develop innovative curricula, and engage students through community integration. Foster artistic exploration and collaboration across disciplines while maintaining a commitment to excellence in teaching and student learning.
