• Creating and maintaining project plan based on requirements document for fixed-cost or progressive projects. • Managing scrum team, ensuring effective cooperation and collaboration among team members. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Following Agile methodologies by conducting daily and weekly meetings to enhance communication and maximize productivity. • Reviewing sprint outcome and following up on demos for various stakeholders. • Ensuring efficient use of resources and appropriate task division among team leaders. • Collaborating with business analyst to develop documentation and technical guides for end users. • Promoting company and project standards in all deliverables. • Preparing status reports and conducting regular project status meetings with team members. • Communicating with other PMs to ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Delivery oriented and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Problem solving and leadership skills.
- Work schedule: Sunday to Thursday.
