In this role, you'll manage people-related processes throughout the entire contractor lifecycle, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, guiding managers, and partnering with contractors. - Support and manage HR processes, providing guidance to managers and contractors on people-related matters - Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and participate in performance review processes to support team development - Oversee onboarding, integration, and offboarding of contractors, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience - Deliver workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve stakeholders’ people management skills 🎾 What's working at Dev.Pro like?
