• Become an expert in both our Fintech (payouts, credit, FX) and our SaaS (CRM, workflow automation, data analytics) offerings. • Pitch and close Talent Agencies and MCNs, helping them implement our service for Business to manage their entire roster. • Directly engage high-net-worth creators to migrate their business banking to our Banking. • Manage the journey from cold outreach and "un-ignorable" DMs to technical demos, contract negotiation, and final closing. • Identify opportunities to move Banking clients onto our CRM, and vice versa, creating a locked-in our ecosystem. • Build and refine the "Playbook" for navigating agency gatekeepers and creator entourages.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in both Fintech (numbers-driven) and SaaS (solution-driven) sales.
- Comfortable calling a CEO at a top-tier agency or DMing a 10M+ sub creator.
- Understand how a CRM solves operational pain.
- Speak fluently about API integrations, data silos, and workflow automation.
- Understand the economics of YouTube-from CPM fluctuations to the complexity of multi-channel management.
- C1/C2 level in English.
- Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese at C1/C2 level.
