Job Description

Regional Sales Manager, Digital Trust

SGS

• Generates revenue utilizing a consultative selling approach • Cultivates new business opportunities and develops long-term business partnerships within the clients in the service and manufacturing industries • Assesses customer needs, creates solutions based on the Business Assurance, Digital Trust solution portfolio • Achieves sales targets and increases revenue through selling clients SGS solutions • Develops and implements agreed upon business/marketing plans • Mentors sales and support teams for customer satisfaction and revenue generation • Develops a database of qualified leads through various means • Sells and makes recommendations on SGS solutions • Generates proposals in compliance with industry requirements • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities • Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses • Participates in the development of educational programs offered to clients • Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans • Adopts safe behavior by exercising due regard for health and safety

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or other client facing problem solving role
  • Experience with ISO standards and other Industry Standards for Privacy, Information Security
  • Demonstrated experience selling information security, data governance, privacy, or digital trust solutions
  • Deeply connected in the consulting space within the information security domain in the US (Preferred)
  • Experience in the Certification Industry (Preferred)
  • Experience in value-added problem-solving, consultative sales process (Preferred)
  • Experience selling into C-Suite stakeholders in finance, information management, communications, managed services, and software industries (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of data governance and AI governance frameworks, regulations, or risk management approaches (Preferred)
  • Working knowledge of software security, secure development practices, cloud security, or application security (Preferred)
  • Background aligned with assurance, audit, or advisory sales environments (Preferred)
  • Federal (U.S. Government) sales experience is not required, but experience with federal schemes such as FedRAMP or CMMC is of interest (Preferred)
