• Independent acquisition of new customers and projects in the eMobility market (electric charging solutions) in Germany • Sustainable establishment and development of business relationships with the clear objective of long-term revenue and profit growth • Responsible for technical customer consulting, preparing proposals and negotiating contracts • Conducting market and customer analyses • Ensuring customer satisfaction • Delivering product-related presentations • Translating customer requirements into technical concepts and solutions in collaboration with internal departments such as product management • Representing the company at trade shows, conferences and networking events • Reporting in writing on all important matters such as project status, buyer behavior, market developments, corporate relationships and deadlines • Maintaining customer master data and using the CRM
Job Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent extensive practical experience
- At least 3 years' experience in sales of electric charging stations
- Solid sales-oriented professional experience in the B2B sector with an appropriate network
- Proactive communication skills and a strong sales personality
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to be committed, engaged and results-oriented
- Very good written and verbal German and English skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within Germany

This is an extremely fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. Representatives will handle a large number of calls daily and must be comfortable moving quickly between conversations while maintaining professionalism and clarity.
