• Drive new business & sales growth • Achieve and exceed sales targets through active and strategic prospecting. • Continuously generate new leads, engage potential customers, and convert opportunities into successful sales. • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to expand Bio-Works’ presence within pharma, biotech, and related industries. • Perform regular customer visits, presentations, and demonstrations to build relationships and move opportunities forward. • Maintain a high level of sales activity — calls, meetings, follow-ups, and lead nurturing. • Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline with well-qualified opportunities. • Use CRM tools to manage customer data, forecast accurately, and report key metrics to management. • Represent Bio-Works at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand visibility and generate leads.

Job Requirements

  • BSc or equivalent in biological/chemical sciences, biotechnology, or engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience preferably in the life sciences or biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets — clear evidence of strong sales performance.
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of life science products (preferably chromatography or bioprocessing).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively to customers and industry events.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written).
