Job Description

Customer Operations Associate

A-Players

• Own the full lifecycle—from deadlines to dependencies to handoffs—and ensure each step runs predictably and on time. • You’ll manage campaign launches the way a PM manages sprints: with rigor, clarity, and accountability. • Maintain and evolve the Airtable Campaign Dashboard as our operational “source of truth,” while continuously identifying what should become a future product feature, workflow, or automation. • You will help bridge the gap between how the CS team operates today and what their software will automate tomorrow. • You won’t just follow workflows—you will redesign them. • Identify friction points, rebuild systems for scale, and create automations that reduce manual work across CS, Product Ops, Creator Support, and Fulfillment. • Your frontline insights into campaign operations will help shape future product enhancements. • You will proactively propose: workflow automations, UI/UX improvements, system rules, data structures, triggers, user journeys. • You take over the admin-heavy workflows—client reminders, tracking, scheduling, dashboard updates—so CS managers focus on strategy, not task execution. • You ensure no step is missed, no deadline slips, and all cross-functional teams operate with full visibility.

Job Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in English — C1 level spoken and written.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, or CS/Product Ops.
  • Proven ownership of end-to-end workflows with deadlines, dependencies, and handoffs.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Airtable as an operational system of record.
  • Experience designing and improving processes, workflows, and automations.
  • Systems- and product-minded: able to translate ops pain points into scalable solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and reliability — nothing slips.
  • Clear, structured communicator comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to complete the A-Players Startup Training Program as part of the onboarding and development process.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with annual reviews tied to your impact.
  • Supportive Environment: Work with a team that values your ideas and expertise.
  • Generous Time Off: 20 paid vacation days + unlimited sick leave.
  • Learning Opportunities: Join internal workshops and skill-building sessions.
  • Exclusive Resources: Access our Internal Library and premium tools.
  • Skill Development: Comprehensive training to grow both hard and soft skills.
