• Turn AI creators into emotionally compelling internet personalities that consistently drive engagement, shares, and growth • Lead creative direction across all AI influencer brands — identity, voice, narrative, and visual coherence • Maintain full creative and brand context across every IP — existing and in development • Run creative workshops with Brand Managers and production teams to elevate output, build shared standards, and drive creative energy • Refine and strengthen creator identity and narrative consistency across the full portfolio • Design and deploy repeatable content frameworks optimized for virality and engagement • Review creator performance daily — translating data into creative strategy and fast iteration • Motivate, challenge, and energize Brand Managers — setting the bar and holding it with clear communication and direct feedback • Drive the launch of new IPs from zero to traction with clear identity and narrative from day one
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of creative leadership experience — leading teams and owning outcomes, not just producing work
- Proven experience leading creative workshops and developing teams of 5–15 people
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, direct, and hold creative authority across a team — this is non-negotiable
- Strong communication and feedback skills — you make people better, not just busier
- Experience directing high-performing social or content brands with measurable results
- Proven success building or scaling internet-native content (TikTok / IG / YouTube / meme ecosystems)
- Strong narrative and character development skills — you know how to make people care about a persona
- Deep, native understanding of internet culture — formats, pacing, trends, and shareability
- Performance-driven mindset — you've owned creative outcomes tied to real metrics
- Track record of thriving in fast-paced, experimental, ambiguous environments
