• Ensure the reliability, stability, performance and cost-efficiency of Raiô's platforms, working closely with engineering and product teams. • Define, monitor and evolve reliability and performance indicators (SLIs/SLOs), establishing effective alerts and continuous improvement routines. • Manage production incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive plans, with a focus on learning and system evolution. • Design, deploy and evolve observability practices (logs, metrics and tracing), improving predictability and reducing time to resolution for failures. • Develop and maintain automations and infrastructure as code, ensuring consistent, secure and reproducible environments. • Structure and evolve operational practices: routines, playbooks/runbooks, change management, metrics review and capacity planning. • Lead, together with engineering teams, technical and architectural decisions aimed at resilience, scalability and cost optimization. • Drive continuous improvements in operational processes, security, availability and cost control in cloud environments. • Promote best practices in reliability, operations and engineering, raising the overall technical level of the team.

• Building and maintaining infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI, and other CSPs. • Managing and optimizing Kubernetes clusters and compute environments. • Implementing and managing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. • Managing CI/CD pipelines and ensuring seamless deployment automation. • Collaborating daily with the Virtasant & Client engineering teams to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and implement infrastructure solutions. • Operating independently to identify technical needs and proactively develop solutions. • Balancing infrastructure scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure based on AWS, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and security. • Implement and manage database infrastructure, including RDS / Aurora. • Create, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. • Design and improve infrastructure standards, tools, and engineering practices. • Support software development teams in building, deploying, and maintaining environments and internal platforms. • Implement and maintain solutions related to secrets management, access control, and infrastructure security. • Document infrastructure, configurations, and operational processes across internal and external systems. • Share DevOps and infrastructure engineering best practices across teams. • Contribute to monitoring, observability, and operational excellence initiatives.
