• Migración de automatismos actuales a Ansible (roles, playbooks, colecciones). • Transformación de flujos existentes a AAP: job templates, proyectos, credenciales e inventories. • Actualización y refactorización de automatismos legacy a código estándar reutilizable. • Adaptación de IaC existente a Terraform modular y versionada. • Desarrollo de scripts de automatización en Python para integraciones y lógica auxiliar. • Consumo de APIs REST para integraciones con CMDB, ITSM, orquestadores o catálogos. • Validación, pruebas, troubleshooting y documentación de los nuevos automatismos.

• Build AI-powered automation systems for internal tools and client solutions • Design and implement AI agents that interact with APIs, retrieve information, and execute workflows • Integrate LLMs into applications using RAG, embeddings, and tool/function calling • Develop AI-powered tools that improve developer productivity (testing, documentation, code generation) • Prototype new AI capabilities and quickly turn them into working systems

• Design, develop, test and document secure automation scripts for the purpose of managing various software applications in the Sutherland Network. • Partner with application developers to optimize deployment strategies and systems design based on CI/CD standards • Research new technology and ensure Sutherland remains current with best practices and security guidelines • Mentor and train team members on the adoption of automation as a standard delivery method. • Help develop skillsets across other SMEs to broaden team capabilities and ensure we achieve the goal of full automation. • Develop a working knowledge of Sutherland applications to assist with troubleshooting and systems optimization, with feedback loops to other developers.

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of the trading systems, guaranteeing continuity and stability in a production trading environment. • Design, build, and maintain Python-based automation to support operational tooling, monitoring, dashboards, and deployment workflows. • Administer and support Windows systems, including configuration management, patching, performance tuning, and incident response. • Manage identity, endpoint, and access platforms across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and related services. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across systems, applications, and core networking components in a multi-platform environment. • Support operational security initiatives such as system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and continuous monitoring. • On call coverage in a team rotation.
