Job Description

Sales Enablement & Training Manager

Net Insight

• Own and govern the global sales enablement framework (master sales decks, playbooks, talk tracks, demo guides, objection handling) • Lead global sales onboarding, including curriculum, learning paths, and certification steps • Build and maintain scalable digital training programmes for internal teams and partners • Deliver live training sessions (virtual and in-person) to commercial and technical audiences • Develop training content covering Net Insight’s media workflows, services, and operational concepts • Own structure, taxonomy, and governance of the global enablement & training content library • Track training engagement, completion, and adoption, and continuously improve based on feedback

Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience in roles such as Sales Enablement, Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering, Technical Training, Product Marketing, or similar
  • Experience working with media technology, broadcast, IP contribution, cloud-based workflows, telco/media networks, or other complex B2B technology environments
  • Proven experience delivering training and enablement to technical audiences (e.g. network operations, MCR/TOC, contribution or field specialists)
  • Solid understanding of media transport workflows, IP-based contribution, redundancy principles, service provisioning, and cloud-based media workflows (or strong ability and motivation to build this competence quickly)
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and practical training and sales-facing content
  • Strong skills in building structured frameworks, documentation, playbooks, and repeatable enablement processes
  • Experience creating learning paths, onboarding programmes, and certification structures
  • Comfort using digital learning platforms, content management systems (e.g. SharePoint, LMS, training hubs), and basic video or tutorial formats
  • Confident communicator and facilitator, comfortable leading training sessions and workshops for both commercial and technical audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, CSM, and Regional teams
  • High level of structure and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Proactive and improvement-driven mindset – you identify enablement gaps and turn them into concrete actions.
