Net Insight

• Provide technical assistance for Net Insight’s products, including both software and hardware support • In depth troubleshooting and lab testing in order to understand and reproduce issues • Create and maintain technical documentation for our knowledge base • Contribute to product improvements by sharing customer feedback and your own ideas

• Own and govern the global sales enablement framework (master sales decks, playbooks, talk tracks, demo guides, objection handling) • Lead global sales onboarding, including curriculum, learning paths, and certification steps • Build and maintain scalable digital training programmes for internal teams and partners • Deliver live training sessions (virtual and in-person) to commercial and technical audiences • Develop training content covering Net Insight’s media workflows, services, and operational concepts • Own structure, taxonomy, and governance of the global enablement & training content library • Track training engagement, completion, and adoption, and continuously improve based on feedback
