Role Description The PLL is looking for a seasonal merchandise operations intern to directly assist the Onsite Merchandise Manager and team on all of PLL’s onsite merchandise operations. The ideal candidate exhibits a high level of work ethic and will have prior experience working within the event merchandise space, is highly analytical and organized, and is driven by the opportunity to build, daily puzzle-solving, and finding opportunities for continuous improvement. This role will require travel for 16 weekends in-season (May to September). Qualifications - Prior experience working within retail - Must be able to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation, including: - Able to be moving for long periods of time - Ability to lift up to 50lbs - Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets - Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks Requirements - Assist with setup/breakdown of event setup onsite - Optimize onsite assortment with the goal of maximizing revenue - Assist with diligently managing end-to-end inventory processes to minimize onsite shrinkage and maximize integrity - Assist in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor - Collaborate with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times - Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and the ability to learn new technologies - Excellent communication skills - Outstanding customer service skills Benefits - Compensation: $16-$18 per hour depending on location - All travel and lodging paid

This position reports to the Head of Application Science and is part of the Product Management team and will be an on-site role in Loveland, CO; Indianapolis, IN or Miami, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Support application development and launch Including Experiments design based on user workflows—internally and with external collaborators in academia and industry. - Enable customer & field associates worflows with product workshops, training, as well as demo concepts tailored to different customer need - Lead application and product communication internally and externally as a subject matter expert - Manage the applications lab and ensure equipment is maintained and ready for testing and demos adhering to company policies and procedures. The essential requirements of the job include: - Extensive experience in high-complexity flow cytometry assay development and data analysis. Experience with Spectral flow cytometry. Experience with imaging flow cytometry is a bonus. - Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. - Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and commercial teams. - Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities. - Previous experience in customer-facing roles or collaborations is a plus. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
