Investment Operations Associate

Fund Services Group

• Facilitating treasury services, including capital requirements for our clients, individual investors or private funds • Processing money movements related to capital activity and private fund expenses including, but not limited to, redemptions, subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, invoices, and administrative fees • Overseeing and coordinating investment transactions with fund administrators, custodians, investors, and underlying investment managers • Reviewing bank balances and reconciling related activity • Meeting the daily needs of our clients’ investors, including handling communication in a timely manner • Communicating with external and internal relationships to achieve high service levels • Conducting audits or reviews on investments, documentation, systems, and processes • Management or review of any related client investor portal • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 0-4 years of work experience, preferably in an organizational capacity related to custodians, private funds, or Registered Investment Advisors
  • Be a team player with a persistent work ethic
  • Learn all we teach you quickly, comprehensively, and enthusiastically
  • Be exceptional in your organizational, written, and communication skills
  • Have an impeccable attention to detail
  • Be exemplary in prioritization and multi-tasking in a high volume, high speed environment
