• Respond to inbound calls from patients regarding medical bills, insurance coverage, and payment options • Explain billing statements, balances, and payment plans in a clear and compassionate manner • Document interactions accurately in billing and patient management systems • Collaborate with other Zotec Teams to resolve patient concerns • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies at all times • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Job Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a call center or customer-oriented environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to understand, analyze and interpret complex documents
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy
- Excellent written communications and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible mentality; willing and capable of performing varied tasks and adapting to change
