• Actively grow and expand the Saltz marketplace in Munich • Conduct in-person product demonstrations at restaurants and professional kitchens • Support customers through onboarding and their first orders • Build long-term relationships with chefs, kitchen managers, and other decision-makers • Analyze purchasing behavior and recommend appropriate products • Reactivate inactive customers and increase order volume • Serve as a trusted advisor on sourcing, suppliers, and product selection
Job Requirements
- Sales experience: Minimum 4 years in sales, with strong skills in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Experience in gastronomy or catering is a plus but not required
- Language skills: Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
- Business acumen: Comfortable managing food costs, margins, and key commercial performance metrics
