• The Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between Operations, IT, and business stakeholders, translating operational and system needs into clear functional requirements. • Analyze existing WMS and ERP workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. • Create and maintain Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Process maps and workflows, Data mapping and field-level specifications. • Develop test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on functional requirements. • Validate WMS, ERP, and reporting outputs using SQL queries and data analysis. • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users.
• Build and own a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead response, and partner-sourced opportunities. • Develop and execute account-specific pursuit strategies for mid-market and enterprise eCommerce brands. • Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles using a consultative, solution-first approach. • Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to uncover business drivers, operational gaps, and growth objectives. • Align G10's fulfillment solutions to each client's unique growth strategy — not just their current needs. • Develop tailored proposals and pricing models that demonstrate clear ROI. • Build compelling business cases and present to executive-level decision makers. • Negotiate contract terms and close high-value agreements with confidence. • Partner closely with operations, onboarding, and customer success to set realistic expectations and ensure seamless client transitions. • Serve as a trusted voice of the customer internally to help shape service offerings and process improvements. • Stay current on eCommerce, logistics, and carrier trends (Amazon, FedEx, DHL, USPS, parcel surcharges) to advise clients credibly. • Maintain accurate pipeline data, opportunity records, and revenue forecasts in CRM.
• Own executive-level relationships with top brands and manufacturers • Own end-to-end performance for a portfolio of $200M+, with accountability for revenue, margin and operational KPIs • Manage executive-level vendor relationships and act as a trusted business partner • Lead annual planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and long-term strategy development • Drive vendor decisions related to assortment, pricing, funding, operational readiness, and channel strategy • Own P&L performance, including revenue, contribution margin, fees, freight, and fulfillment costs • Drive cost negotiations and vendor funding to support profitability • Partner with Finance to forecast revenue, margin, and working capital requirements • Evaluate investment trade-offs across marketplace, inventory and fulfillment models • Own end-to-end inventory strategy across FBA, direct fulfillment (DF), and 3PL models • Lead inventory risk mitigation strategies including demand volatility, excess inventory and import models • Partner with Instock and Operations teams to improve fill rates, OTIF, and customer experience • Hold vendors accountable to operational performance standards • Manage vendor direct fulfillment programs ensuring SLA compliance and scalability • Manage performance of 3PL partners supporting top vendors • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across DF and 3PL operations to reduce cost, improve speed, and increase reliability • Ensure strong execution across key marketplaces and e-commerce channels (Amazon, Walmart, DTC, etc.) • Ensure excellence in assortment, content, pricing, availability and compliance • Support traffic, conversion, and promotional initiatives in collaboration with vendors and marketing partners • Lead cross-functional initiatives in sales, operations, finance, marketing and technology • Influence senior stakeholders through data, written narratives, and clear recommendations • Serve as an escalation point for complex vendor, fulfillment or operational challenges • Deliver executive-ready reporting on vendor performance, financial results, and operational KPIs • Use advanced analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and long-term growth levers • Provide recommendations to leadership on vendor tiering, investment allocation and strategic priorities.
