Description TEKsystems is currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst who will be supporting a capacity project to maintain an existing instance of Peoplesoft . There is a Peoplesoft to Oracle Fusion migration, and will need to bring in 2-3 Technical Business Analyst roles for some user support, maintenance, and enhancements for the next 2 years. Skills needed: Experience in Peoplesoft (whether in dev of TBA/Techno-functional role) MUST have at least 2-3 years of experience and expertise within FSCM and HCM modules (financial supply chain management and human capital management), specifically with contracts, Billing, eBill, and eProcurement At least 5 years in BA/Techno-functional specific role This is a long term contract position. • Collaborate with team members across engineering, product, and operations • Participate in the team’s Agile development process, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Support automations, such as task routing, data validation, summarization, classification, or notification workflows • Assist with configuring, testing, and refining rule‑based and AI‑assisted automations integrated into existing systems • Help define automation inputs, prompts, decision logic, and expected outputs under guidance • Evaluate automation results for accuracy, consistency, and usefulness; document findings and improvement ideas • Assist with maintaining documentation related to automation workflows and usage guidelines

Participate in solution design to satisfy a wide range of business needs. Analysis and translation of business requirements into technical requirements for development, and creation of design documents and technical specifications.

• Implement our UI designs as frontends and integrate them with existing workflows (e.g., n8n) • Support colleagues in the technical implementation of prototypes and concepts — from code reviews to production readiness • Develop and optimize backend logic for AI-powered products and services • Establish development workflows and deployment processes suitable for an agency environment • Evaluate new AI tools and technologies and integrate them into our product landscape • As our first developer, shape our technical standards and collaborate with experts from UX, strategy, and data science — acting as a technical sparring partner on equal terms.
