Salesforce Data Analyst

Aquiva Labs

- Design scalable and responsive Tableau CRM dashboards with complex bindings, filters, and multi-page flows. - Optimize queries (SQL, SOQL, SAQL) for performance on large datasets. - Create modular and reusable dataflows and recipes, applying parameterization. - Troubleshoot join mismatches, schema inconsistencies, and dataflow failures. - Automate workflows using Python/R for data transformation, reporting, or model deployment. - Develop deep understanding of MCIM’s product, user journey, and operational metrics. - Co-define KPIs with Product, Customer Experience, and Business teams. - Build context-aware visual narratives for data, explaining trends, anomalies, and insights. - Translate complex technical results into business-friendly formats. - Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to embed analytics into operations. - Run internal enablement sessions and maintain documentation for key dashboards. - Lead analytics initiatives from scoping to delivery. - Build scalable dashboard templates, standard filters, and reusable assets. - Review Data Analyst I dashboards and support onboarding of new team members. - Implement naming conventions, data lineage tracking, and consistency checks. - Monitor data quality and proactively address dashboard breakage and discrepancies.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics, data visualization, or business intelligence.
  • Proficient in **Salesforce Analytics** (Tableau CRM), SAQL, SOQL, JSON-based dashboards.
  • Hands-on with Snowflake, Data Lakes, ETL tools, and scripting in Python or R.
  • Knowledge of data modeling (star schema, slowly changing dimensions).
  • Excellent storytelling, stakeholder communication, and visualization skills (English)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (preferred).
  • Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Salesforce CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant certified.
  • Familiarity with real-time data pipelines, APIs, and external connectors.
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts and creating internal documentation.

Job Summary: In this role, you will be an integral part of the CWE Organization and will support the execution of Productivity Engagement Cycles (PECs) that measure labor productivity on Bechtel Construction job sites. Candidate should have ability to support multiple programs simultaneously.
