Role Description
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for building, configuring, and maintaining marketing dashboards and reporting systems that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll work within modern BI platforms to deliver accurate, production-ready outputs that support marketing performance tracking and decision-making.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys execution-focused analytics work, has strong attention to detail, and takes ownership of delivering clean, reliable data outputs in a fast-paced environment.

Dashboard & Report Development

Build and configure dashboards and automated reports based on defined specifications.

Develop reusable templates and standardised reporting structures.

Ensure dashboards clearly reflect marketing performance metrics.

Continuously improve usability and clarity of reporting outputs.

Data Integration & Mapping

Connect and map data sources such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM systems.

Validate and maintain consistent data flows across multiple platforms.

Ensure integrity and alignment of integrated datasets.

Data Accuracy & Troubleshooting

Identify and resolve discrepancies across data sources.

Perform validation checks to ensure reporting accuracy.

Troubleshoot issues related to data connections, mappings, and calculations.

Maintenance & Optimisation

Maintain and update dashboards as requirements evolve.

Optimize configurations for performance and scalability.

Ensure long-term continuity of reporting systems.

Documentation & Collaboration

Document data mappings, configurations, and logic clearly.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements.

Proactively flag technical blockers and suggest improvements.
You’ll work closely with internal implementation and analytics teams, supporting the delivery of high-quality reporting systems and ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Qualifications

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or BI development, ideally within SaaS, agency, or performance marketing environments.

BI & Dash-boarding: Strong experience building dashboards using tools such as NinjaCat, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio.

SQL & Data Handling: Working proficiency in SQL, including querying, joins, filtering, and basic transformations across datasets.

Marketing Analytics Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPL, conversions, impressions, and campaign performance tracking.

Data Accuracy & Troubleshooting: High attention to detail with the ability to validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot data inconsistencies across multiple sources.

Execution Mindset: Ability to work independently from structured requirements, manage multiple builds simultaneously, and deliver high-quality outputs on time.
Role Specifications

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone.

You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
