Job Description
Learning & Development Facilitator, AI Trainer

• Facilitate and deliver engaging training programs focused on soft skills and core competencies (e.g., communication, emotional intelligence, time management, conflict resolution) and leadership development (e.g., team management, strategic thinking, coaching). • Adapt training delivery and content to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences, including attorneys, business professionals and paralegals ensuring relevance to their roles and responsibilities. • Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including workshops, webinars, e-learning modules, role-playing, and group discussions, to accommodate diverse learning styles. • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages open dialogue and collaboration. • Collaborate across P&C team, firm leadership, operational departments and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize training needs across the firm. • Act as a resource and advocate for professional development, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth. • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. • Analyze training data and provide insights and recommendations to improve programs and drive measurable outcomes. • Continuously improve training programs based on participant feedback and emerging industry trends. • Stay updated on best practices in adult learning, leadership development, and soft skills training. • Provide one-on-one or group coaching to reinforce learning and support skill application. • Serve as a trusted advisor offering guidance on professional growth and development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years as a trainer, facilitator, or coach in the areas of soft skills and leadership development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using technology and tools for virtual training (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or learning management systems).
- Certification in training, coaching, or leadership development (e.g., ATD, ICF, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to create effective and engaging supporting course materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, and participant guides.
- Hands on experience with AI tools required.
- Experience with CoPilot or legal AI tools preferred.
- Experience training a variety of professionals (both junior and senior) on AI tools preferred.
