Project Management Intern
Sound Physicians
• Assist senior project managers on active enterprise projects with planning, coordination, and execution activities. • Help monitor project health indicators (e.g., milestone status, open actions, key risks/issues) and summarize highlights for weekly updates. • Support maintenance of project documentation and communications for review by a senior project manager (e.g., status updates, schedules, decision logs, and action items). • Participate in project meetings and capture notes, decisions, and follow-ups. • Assist with meeting organization (scheduling, agendas, action-item follow-up) and help ensure owners/dates are documented and tracked. • Observe and document current-state processes through diagrams and/or narratives. • Prepare project and portfolio reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Enrolled in an accredited college program (entering 3rd or 4th year) with major coursework in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
- Coursework or exposure to project management, process improvement, or business analysis is a plus.

Bridge Inspection Team Leader, Project Manager

• Manage at the project manager or deputy project manager level, performing and supervising NBIS Routine, Rope Access, or Underwater bridge inspections for our clients as a member of our bridge team. • Own scope, schedule, and budget for inspection assignments; plan multi‑day field efforts (traffic control, equipment, specialty access); coordinate with clients and owners; ensure reports meet agency/client standards and QC expectations. • Apply up-to-date, standard bridge inspection techniques to lead NBIS Routine, Rope Access, or Underwater bridge inspections and minor and ancillary structure inspections. • Provide practical rehabilitation recommendations based on the observed conditions. • Conduct load ratings based on gathered field data and as-built plans. • Perform inspections using Non-Destructive Testing and visual inspection methods using specialized access equipment. • Work closely with supervisors and guide assistant team leaders. • Prepare or QC inspection reports according to our client’s specifications. • Work closely with business and engineering staff across multiple offices and technical disciplines. • Work on projects associated with multiple State DOTs. • Travel up to 50% of each month.
