Role Description As an AI DI Engineering Manager, you will own the end-to-end integration of Aily's platform within client environments — from initial scoping through deployment and continuous optimization. You will lead a team of Decision Intelligence Analysts, set the standard for how we deliver value to clients, and act as the senior technical and strategic point of contact across engagements. • Lead a team of engineers and UI/UX designers focused on kiosk solution development, ensuring alignment with company objectives and consumer requirements • Oversee and integrate the end-to-end software development lifecycle for applications, including QA processes from requirements, architecture through deployment and production support • Provide direct leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) team, ensuring robust test planning, execution, and defect management • Facilitate major technology decisions and architectural reviews impacting kiosk platforms • Uphold best practices in coding, security, performance, and CICD for all kiosk software deliverables, and encourage automation in QA processes • Collaborate with hardware engineering and product teams for seamless integration of hardware, firmware, and software components, coordinating quality checkpoints • Implement meticulous testing, release management, and quality assurance across all deployments, prioritizing defect prevention and timely resolution • Maintain strong vendor relationships to uphold service-level agreements (SLAs) for kiosk operations and support • Drive process improvement and increased automation across kiosk software development and support operations • Foster team capacity planning and forecasting to ensure on-time delivery of kiosk initiatives • Coach, mentor, and develop kiosk engineering and QA staff for both technical skills and leadership potential

• Lead developer productivity and experience across AlphaSense’s engineering organization • Drive the evolution of developer productivity tooling, covering inner-loop development workflows • Define and implement a strategy for AI-driven developer productivity capabilities across SDLC • Own the developer-facing CI/CD experience, improving build, test, and deployment workflows • Build and scale QA automation platforms that enable high confidence in software delivery • Lead and scale web infrastructure and microfrontend delivery, enabling independent releases • Improve engineering velocity by reducing friction in development, testing, and delivery workflows • Partner with SRE, Cloud, and Product Engineering teams to improve the software delivery • Establish metrics and feedback loops to improve developer productivity and experience

• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of software and systems engineers. • Define and execute the technical strategy for the Finance and Legal subpillar. • Provide architectural guidance and oversight for our core financial ecosystem. • Drive the strategy for complex integrations involving OneSource, Oanda, and other third-party financial services. • Act as a key partner to senior Finance leadership. • Manage the software development lifecycle using Scrum methodologies. • Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of financial platforms.
