About the Role As a Logistics Engineer on our Warehouse Management System (WMS) team, you will contribute to building and maintaining the systems that power our growing fulfillment operations. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional partners to develop features, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows that directly impact warehouse productivity and accuracy. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in WMS and logistics technology who is ready to take on meaningful ownership of system components within a collaborative, fast-moving team. Responsibilities - Develop, configure, and maintain warehouse management and logistics system features to support operational efficiency and throughput. - Build and support integrations between warehouse systems and host systems, ensuring reliable data flows and accurate reporting. - Collaborate with operations, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Implement solutions following internal SDLC processes and best practices, with guidance from senior engineers on architectural decisions. - Validate solution integrity and reliability before deployment by automating functional and system testing. - Support day-to-day logistics operations by troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimize downtime. - Participate in a rotating schedule to provide 24x7 on-call support for urgent logistics system needs. - Travel to warehouse and fulfillment centers as needed (approximately 10-15%) to support onsite implementations and system rollouts. Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience working with HighJump (Korber). - Experience with HighJump Architect RF/handheld development. - Working knowledge of WMS tools such as Advantage Architect, Webwise PageEditor, SSRS Reports, Bartender, and T-SQL. - Experience with relational database development, troubleshooting, and basic performance tuning, particularly MS SQL Server. - Solid understanding of warehouse and logistics workflows, including inbound, outbound, replenishment, and inventory management processes. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues in a logistics context. - Comfort interpreting and working within complex back-end business logic, identifying areas for improvement. - Familiarity with warehouse go-live processes, including system cutover planning and hyper-care support. - Exposure to integration patterns between WMS and ERP, TMS, or demand forecasting systems. Nice to Have - Continuous improvement mindset with experience using lean or six sigma methodologies in a warehouse or logistics setting. JOB INFORMATION - Compensation Description - The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000/Per Year. - Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location. - Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Annual Bonus, Stock Options, Health & Wellness Benefits, Flexible PTO, and more! - This position requires traveling to our HQ office in Los Angeles, California, twice a year for all-company summits; once in the summer and once in the winter.
