Poker Analyst
Rush Street Interactive
• Analyze poker game data to produce actionable insights for decision-making and ecosystem management. • Oversee and coordinate gameplay flow during server maintenance or new feature deployments. • Assist in shaping game policies, rake structures, and feature requirements across all poker formats. • Collaborate with the Tournament Manager to design and maintain MTT schedules, blind structures, and payouts. • Configure and manage poker game types, including MTTs, Single Table Tournaments, and Cash Games. • Execute tasks related to poker promotion design, implementation, and reporting. • Work with Support and Marketing teams to address player inquiries and feedback related to gameplay and promotions. • Maintain and update internal reports and dashboards as needed. • Provide operational and analytical support to the Director of Poker Operations and other poker leadership team members. • Assist Poker Marketing with campaign analysis from a fraud/integrity perspective
Job Requirements
- A higher education degree in a STEM field is preferred, but not required.
- 1+ year in a poker-related, analytical, or operational role.
- Deep interest in and understanding of online poker; experience as a serious player is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with data tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive and operational tasks.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
