• Support project scheduling using Primavera P6, including data quality checks, integration tasks, and schedule analysis. • Support project cost management using Cobra and EVMS processes. • Write and optimize PSQL and TSQL queries to extract and integrate data from multiple enterprise systems. • Serve as a SQL Server DBA resource, providing database configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning. • Develop automated tools using Excel, VBA, Power Query, and Power Pivot. • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models for project and executive audiences. • Anticipate customer needs by observing workflows, identifying pain points, and proactively developing solutions. • Deliver high-quality tools and reports with minimal oversight, often defining requirements through your own analysis and initiative. • Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and business domains to align solutions with project objectives.
Job Requirements
- Position requires a bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6, Cobra, and EVMS processes.
- Strong SQL skills, including proficiency in PSQL/TSQL and working with system databases.
- Experience with SQL Server administration (DBA tasks, maintenance, optimization).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
- Experience building data models and dashboards in Power BI.
- Exceptional ability to translate ambiguous or unspoken needs into actionable, effective solutions.
- Demonstrated initiative and independence—able to take a concept from idea to delivered product without heavy direction.
- Strong communication skills across both technical and business contexts.
- Experience in project controls within DOE/NNSA.
- Familiarity with data integration and ETL workflows across enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.

Job DetailsPosition Summary The Benefits Manager is responsible for the administration, compliance, and strategic optimization of all employee benefit programs across our Dental Support Organization (DSO). This role oversees medical, dental, vision, ancillary benefits, 401(k), workers’ compensation, and outsourced leave programs, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for all employees across practices. The Benefits Manager serves as the organizational subject-matter expert for benefit regulations, vendor management, plan performance, audit processes, and employee support. --- Key Responsibilities Benefit Program Administration · Manage daily administration of all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, EAP, and voluntary benefits. · Maintain accurate benefit configurations and data integrity within HRIS/benefit platforms. · Oversee annual open enrollment planning, communication, system updates, and issue resolution. · Serve as primary liaison with benefit brokers, carriers, and vendors to ensure service-level expectations are met. · Evaluate plan performance, identify trends, and recommend changes to enhance cost-effectiveness and employee value. 401(k) & Retirement Plans · Manage 401(k) plan administration, including eligibility, enrollments, employer contributions, audits, nondiscrimination testing, and compliance communications. · Coordinate with external plan administrators to resolve employee questions and ensure accurate reporting. · Partner with HRIS and payroll to ensure accurate and timely deductions and contributions.
