Sales Manager – Field Service

• Start date: from July 2026, flexible within Q3 • Territory: Ruhr area (Cologne, Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Duisburg), Hesse and Berlin • Responsibility for sales and client acquisition (top priority) • Conduct qualification and closing meetings on site at general practitioner and orthopedic practices (existing customers) • Continuous maintenance and further qualification of existing customers • (Cold) outreach to general practitioner and orthopedic practices and to medical care centers (MVZ) • Ensure achievement of defined revenue targets (year, month, week) • Independently structure your daily/weekly plan in coordination with the team and Head of Sales • Full documentation of all sales activities in Pipedrive • Weekly reporting to the Head of Sales • Product development and market research • Continuously update your knowledge on DiGA and prescription practices • Align our service offering with the needs of physicians and patients • Collect and relay requirements from day-to-day practice to the product and marketing teams • Monitor the DiGA market in the orthopedic field • Administrative and organizational tasks • Daily documentation of all sales activities and maintenance of the CRM tool • Travel expense reporting • Participation in the sales meeting and all-hands meeting

Job Requirements

  • Minimum requirement: Realschule leaving certificate plus vocational training
  • At least 1 year of experience in inside or field sales
  • Excellent communication skills – persuasive, empathetic and professional
  • High digital affinity & confident use of CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive)
  • Affinity for medical topics and interest in digital health solutions
  • Ability to explain complex content clearly and convincingly to physicians and medical assistants (MFAs)
  • Target- and results-oriented working style
  • Structured organization, prioritization and self-management
  • Hands-on mentality, quick comprehension and willingness to learn
  • Resilience, flexibility and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Desirable additional qualifications (not required): several years of sales experience, experience in healthcare / digital health, existing network of physicians (orthopedists and/or general practitioners), basic understanding of regulatory frameworks (DiGA etc.)
