Director of Commercialization – EMEA

Trexo Robotics

• Lead sales growth across Europe through a network of distributors and local partners. • Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing distributors to meet sales targets and market penetration goals. • Establish distributor enablement programs, including training, marketing support, and sales performance tracking. • Negotiate and manage distributor agreements and pricing structures. • Foster strong relationships with Key Opinion Leader (KOL), clinics, and hospitals. • Develop and execute the European sales strategy in alignment with global goals. • Identify and prioritize new market opportunities, adapting go-to-market approaches to local regulations and funding frameworks. • Conduct regular performance reviews and forecasting to ensure sales objectives are met. • Collaborate closely with Marketing to create localized campaigns and generate qualified leads for distributors. • Work with Operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment and support for international logistics. • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize customer experience and feedback loops. • Report market insights, competitive activity, and regional trends to senior leadership. • Represent Trexo at regional trade shows, conferences, and events to build brand awareness and attract new partners.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in sales or business development, preferably within medical devices, rehabilitation, or assistive technology.
  • Strong comprehension of MedTech trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscapes.
  • Proven success driving sales through indirect channels and achieving growth targets in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare procurement and funding systems across Europe.
  • Experience developing distributor contracts, pricing structures, and incentive programs.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with operational rigor and analytical mindset.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Europe as required.
